Our vision for reconciliation is a unified Australia that values and recognises Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, and heritages. We acknowledge and accept the wrongs of the past and strive towards a future of equality and equity for all. Â Â
We seek to work alongside staff, students, First Nations peoples, and the wider community, to develop an understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories, cultures, and perspectives. Through this, we aim to respectfully embed First Nation peoples' perspectives across the school and ensure that everyone including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous students and staff feel culturally, safe. Â Â
We are committed to engaging in open, respectful, and rigorous conversations with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, recognising our collective responsibility to make a positive difference and contribute meaningfully and collaboratively to reconciliation in classrooms, around the school and with the community. Â Â
We will learn about what it means to care for Country from Traditional Custodians. We acknowledge the deep spiritual significance for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, whose cultures are among the oldest living cultures in human history. Â Â
We recognise the importance of educating ourselves and all students, creating  strong foundations and learning environments that foster a strong sense of identity, belonging and reconciliation. . . Â
We commit to raising awareness, driving change, and inspiring and enabling our community to contribute to reconciliation. Â Â Â Â Â
