At Mini Masterminds Lidcombe, our vision for reconciliation is to foster a culturally safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures, and contributions are deeply valued and meaningfully embedded into our daily practices, relationships, and learning experiences. We envision a space where truth-telling, mutual respect, and active listening are central to how we learn, teach, and grow together.

We are committed to building strong, authentic, and ongoing relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders, Traditional Custodians, and community members. We seek to walk alongside First Nations peoples in ways that honour their voices, perspectives, and deep connections to Country. Our centre recognises and respects the sovereignty of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Australians and the enduring Custodians of the lands, skies, and waterways on which our centre stands.

As educators, children, families, and leaders, we are united in our responsibility to advocate for justice, equity, and truth in our early learning community. We will actively create opportunities for children to learn about and engage with First Nations knowledge systems, languages, cultural practices, and the ongoing journey of reconciliation. Through our actions, curriculum, and community partnerships, we aim to nurture a generation of young people who value diversity, challenge racism, and contribute meaningfully to a reconciled future for all Australians.
