Our vision for reconciliation is for the children at Thirroul Fun Club to respect, learn about, and connect with, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, and traditions.
We strive to provide an environment that fosters connections and belonging, where all are welcome to learn and grow together. We believe that it is important for children to learn about the unique cultures, languages, traditions, and relationships to land and sea that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have, both locally and across Australia. We will continue to connect with local Elders and First Nations community members, organisations and businesses, events and Dharawal resources embedding Dharawal history, culture, language and landscapes into all that we do.
