Here at Village Early Education Bendigo, our vision for reconciliation is for all Australians to come together with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in unity. We aim for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures to be respected and for everyone to show a commitment to acknowledging Australia's true histories. Â
We will support staff and children to be respectful and embrace diversity with an equal and equitable approach. We aim to build strong relationships with First Nations people within our community that are built on mutual respect and integrity. We will foster the childrens learning to be able to connect with the Dja Dja Wurrung land showing care and respect for the land on which we live and learn.
