Our vision for reconciliation is a future where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and contributions are actively recognised and respected; where all Australians acknowledge Elders past, present and future for the wisdom and knowledge they hold .
We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders peoples’ knowledge and connections to the Land, cultures and community and continue to deepen our understanding of this knowledge and connections within all centre philosophies and operations. We are committed to working in collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to respectfully acknowledge and embed First Nations languages, cultures and perspectives within our service.
We acknowledge the longstanding and continuing contributions of local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, in particular to the education of young children. We actively recognise the First People of Australia's continued relationship with Country on which our early learning centre stands since long before our centre’s story began.
