We respect the importance of developing collaborative partnerships and respectful relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.  We acknowledge and respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples as the First Peoples of Australia, and we respect their identities, histories, traditions and their continuing contributions.  We value, acknowledge, and respect the local Wulgurukaba and Bindal Peoples and Elders,  past present and emerging. We strive to create and maintain harmonious and continuous connections to their community as we enhance the opportunities for the children within our service to experience positive influences to develop their knowledge and understanding of First Nations peoples and cultures.  As a whole service, we embrace unity between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and all Australians and will respect and promote equality and equity for all.
