Our vision for reconciliation for the Goodstart Early Learning Virginia, team, children and community is to embrace unity between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and all other Australians.   Â
We believe in acknowledging, honouring, and learning about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' true histories, cultures, perspectives and contributions. We will work together with the local First Nations community for a better tomorrow and are committed to continuing to deepen our understandings, as we continue to provide an honest, safe environment, to respectfully share in learning about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' cultures and perspectives. Â
We will continue our reconciliation journey as we walk alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to share a vision for the future for all children, educator and community to continue to learn, share and ignite the passion to create safe and inclusive environments and learning spaces.
