Goodstart Early Learning Seymour the Taungurung Land on which we live, work and play. We commit to working together with the original storytellers and guides of this Country. We strongly believe that reconciliation is about coming together as one; educators, families, children and members of our community to strengthen relationships with First Nations peoples and, actively engaging with the rich cultures, histories and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We strongly believe that we have the responsibility to make sure all children have equal and equitable access to educational opportunities and outcomes with a clear vision of a future where every child and family feels supported, respected and represented with opportunities to contribute to our reconciliation journey. We envision a reconciliation journey that is about more than just words but about meaningful actions. And for this to happen we commit to ongoing learning and improvement as part of our journey, we commit to listen, ask questions when we don't understand and engage with First Nations Knowledge Holders to better shape our reconciliation journey.
