Here at Goodstart Early Learning Mill Park our vision for reconciliation represents equal and equitable education and health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and all children, and an inclusive and diverse educational environment that is culturally responsive and safe. We respect and acknowledge the insights that we gain as we continue to establish and extend strong links between Goodstart and children, families, employees and communities with whom we work with each day and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We strive to support the staff in understanding the concepts of embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' histories and perspectives into our planning cycle to support the children in their everyday experiences.
We pay respect to Elders past, present and emerging and extend respect to other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
