Our vision is to make an impact on the lives and educational outcomes of our students and their families through our commitment to reconciliation. We aim to increase cultural sensitivity and awareness about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their culture. Â It is paramount that we take action to combat racism, recognising the vital importance and contribution of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in strengthening and enriching our society. Â As teachers, we need to develop appropriate tools to guide conversation-promoting learning activities that are inclusive and culturally sensitive. We also need teachers to self-reflect and denounce racism directed at Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Â Â Â
