Kids First Lalor Primary School Kindergarten’s vision is to foster an environment that recognises and acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people’s histories, languages, knowledges, stories and cultures. Our vision for reconciliation is to build authentic and respectful relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and provide an inclusive environment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and all families. We believe that building and maintaining meaningful, ongoing relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the broader Australian community is fundamental in achieving our purpose to maximise equal and equitable opportunities to support all children’s life outcomes and opportunites and guide their learning journey.
