Our vision for reconciliation is to continue to build and maintain respectful relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
We will provide a culturally safe environment that ensures equal and equitable educational outcomes for all children and respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ perspectives into our environment and practices.
Our vision is to work together with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to ensure the voices and aspirations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are actively engaged with by Busy Bees Byford North and the wider Australian community.
Learning and teaching the true histories of Australia is a very important part of our ongoing reconciliation journey. We recognize the importance of embedding this learning with our educational practices to create a deeper understanding of the ongoing impacts of these histories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
