We aim to build strong partnerships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, promoting understanding and respect for their histories and traditions. 

We strive to create a culturally safe environment where all individuals feel respected and supported. This includes ongoing education for staff and community members about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, histories, and the significance of reconciliation. We believe that through collaboration, education, and respect, we can contribute to a more inclusive and equitable society for everyone.
