VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

We recognise that reconciliation is an ongoing journey and a responsibility to learn about and respectfully share knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples histories, cultures and perspectives with children and families.

We acknowledge the Land we are on and the importance of Country to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and aim to foster an inclusive learning environment that acknowledges and respects the First Peoples of Australia in everyday practices across our service delivery.

To achieve this, we will learn and teach the story of Country we learn on and ensure future generations know the stories and histories of Country and the language of the Kaurna people.

As we go on this journey, we acknowledge that we are both teachers and learners, and it is through this shared learning that reconciliation begins.
