Our vision for reconciliation at Goodstart Early Learning Euroa is to be actively part of working towards reconciliation between Aboriginal and Torres Islander peoples and the wider Australian community.
We are committed to seeking opportunities to work with the local First Nations community to develop children’s and families’ knowledge of respect for, and relationships with the Taungurung people on which our early learning service stands. We will do this by creating harmonious, respectful relationships that will be inclusive of all cultures while acknowledging the truths of our country’s history since colonisation and working towards a great, unified future.
Our team of educators want to collaborate with the broader community, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, to gain greater insights into, and understandings of, the diverse histories, beliefs and cultures of Australia’s First Peoples.
