Our vision for reconciliation includes acknowledging the negative effects that colonisation continues to have on the First Nations peoples of this Land. 

We acknowledge injustices of the past and the present and we are committed to listening to the local First Nations community and ensuring that we learn from every exchange and opportunity. The knowledge gained from engaging with First Nations Peoples is embedded in our practice and guides our professional decision making. 

We are committed to creating a community that respects the ancient, rich cultures of the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.  

Our philosophy, policies and practices draw heavily on creating an Anti-Bias Curriculum and Educators strive to improve their Cultural Competence so that we can create an environment that supports a strong sense of identity for all staff, educators, children and their families.
