At Hunny Pots Early Learning Centre our vision for reconciliation is a future where all children grow up in a country that acknowledges, respects, and actively engages with the true histories, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. We continue are commitment in creating a culturally safe, equitable, inclusive, and empowering environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and every child feels proud of who they are and families and visitors are welcomed and respected. Our Centre honors the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which we live, learn and play, and we aim to respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives meaningfully into our daily practices, curriculum, and relationships with children, families and community. Through our Reconciliation Action Plan, we will continue to build knowledge, promoting equity, and contributing to a future of unity and healing for all Australians.Â
