VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

We as an Early Education Service are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples feel represented, respected, and acknowledged. Our commitment extends beyond recognition, as we work to actively and respectfully include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples histories, cultures, and perspectives into our service and the experiences we offer the children. We aim to continue to collaborate closely with the Dharawal People, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, and community members, ensuring their voices guide our journey. Through working to establish meaningful partnerships, authentically embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives within our curriculum. and provide continuous learning opportunities for educators, families, and the broader community through professional development training, storytelling, and cultural exchanges. Through our vision and Reconciliation Asction Plan, we would like to empower educators, children, families, and the wider community to deepen their understanding of Australias true histories. By walking this journey together, we strengthen our shared responsibility in shaping a future built on respect, learning, and cultural integrity.
