Our vision for reconciliation is an environment where everyone in our early learning community respectfully learns about, and respects, the rich cultures, histories, and ongoing contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Through our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), we are committed to fostering respect, care, and understanding of First Nations peoples. We aim to support our team with cultural awareness and provide opportunities for engagement and collaboration with local Elders, cultural leaders, and community members.
By embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into our practices, curriculum, and environments, we are ensuring that educators' deepened knowledge flows into children's learning. This approach broadens children's understanding of the world while nurturing their respect for the diversity and richness of First Nations cultures. Through reconciliation initiatives, we continue strengthening our commitment to reconciliation and building a learning community that celebrates inclusion, respect, and unity.
