We aim for strong and collaborative relationships between First Nations peoples and non-Indigenous Australians, including a truthful understanding of Australia's history. It is our hope that reconciliation be a powerful and ongoing action built on the positive intent of Australian people to see First Nations cultures and wisdom flourish with the respect it deserves within our collective culture. We continue to provide opportunities for our staff to engage with cultural responsiveness training and other professional development to support our reconciliation journey. We are consulting with First Nations community members to ensure we are respectfully engaging in learning about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ histories, perspectives and cultures and sharing these learnings in a culturally appropriate manner.
