Our vision for reconciliation is to respectfully share our growing understanding and learnings about First Nations peoples and actively acknowledge the importance of partnerships and relationships between ourselves and the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
We are committed to embedding meaningful and authentic reconciliation actions into our practice and to ensure we foster opportunities to learn about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' histories and cultures within our wider community.
We will continue to provide opportunities for the children and families at our service to engage in experiences and relationships that will support our community to develop deeper understandings of, and connections with, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
We are committed to respectfully and authentically building relationships and fostering an environment that is knowledgeable, respectful, safe and one for continual growth.
