Our vision for reconciliation within the service supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives and beliefs. We aim to implement a program that represents equality and equity and respects and acknowledges Australia's true history.
We aim to incorporate the perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, through meaningful connections and forming strong collaborations and relationships with the local First Nations community. We want all children, families, staff and community members, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to feel that they are a part of an inclusive and diverse workplace that is filled with culturally rich and proud practices.
