At Lochinvar Learning Early Education, Care and Preschool, our vision for reconciliation is to create a learning environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, voices, and perspectives are deeply respected, valued, and embedded in everything we do. Our vision is to nurture a generation of children who understand and appreciate the rich perspectives, traditions, and contributions of First Nations peoples. We strive to create a culturally safe and inclusive space where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families feel heard, represented, and celebrated.

We are committed to listening to and working alongside First Nations communities, embedding their knowledge and perspectives into our teaching, and challenging inequalities.
