Milestones Ealry Learning Greenway aims to embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, perspectives and practices across our service. Through the development of the Reconciliation Action Plan we aim to support reconciliation in the Early Years and educate children on the importance of reconciliation through our curriculum's, team meetings, everyday practices and by sharing and celebrating the RAP within the community.
Our goal is to ensure every individual that steps into our service feels safe, secure and supported and that their cultural identity is recognised and respected. Our service makes a commitment through our Reconciliation Action Plan to step forward and acknowledge the hardships caused through colonisation, to learn about the histories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and make change for future generations through our educational programs and practices.
