Werribee Kids acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the First Peoples of Australia. We are dedicated to recognising and respectfully sharing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives, heritage, and cultures within our centre.

In respect to First Peoples, our team will be provided with opportunities to deepen their understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, supporting curriculum development that is culturally inclusive and informed.

Our goal is to foster greater awareness and respect for First Nations peoples, cultures, and perspectives within the wider community.

We are committed to delivering age-appropriate truth-telling about the impacts of colonisation and facilitating learning experiences that promote equity and social justice between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians.
