At Little Tikes Early Learning, our vision for reconciliation is to create a community where the cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, including the past and present Gulidjan people of the Eastern Maar Nation, are deeply respected, celebrated and embraced. As educators, we have a profound responsibility and aspiration to foster an understanding and appreciation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures and forward this on to the children we teach. We are committed to building genuine, lasting relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and embedding learning about our shared histories throughout our organisation and curriculum. Through these efforts, we dedicate ourselves to a future that nurtures the values of inclusiveness, cultural safety and equity.
