Community Kids Griffith acknowledges the Wiradjuri people as Traditional Custodians of the Land on which we work, live and learn. Our vision for reconciliation strives for actively acknowledging, understanding and respecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, histories, heritages, traditions and continuing contributions. We respectfully embed and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples knowledge, perspectives and cultures into our curriculum and practices. We will ensure that each child recognises the true histories of Australia and is connected to the richness and complexities of First Peoples, cultures and perspectives.

We are committed to engaging in ongoing professional development to learn more about equity, equality, diversity, and inclusive practices to break down any barriers towards reconciliation and for everyone to feel accepted, respected, and valued.
