Our vision of reconciliation is to deepen our respect and understanding of  community and the First Nations People of this Country. As a part of our vision, the team at Busy Bees Baldivs South respectfully embed practices that are inclusive and respectful of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and of the Land that we are situated on, as well as our environments in the room. Â
We share the vision of the dream time stories, Noongar seasons and the connection and relationship that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have to Land. Reconciliation is respecting the changes we see in our community. We recognise, for example. That we incorporate Aboriginal perspectives by understanding the differences in the ways Noongar People understand seasons on their Country. We will continue to investigate how Noongar People continue to live sustainably from the Land, giving us a better understanding of maintaining a balanced and well looked after eco system.Â
