At Milestones Wyndham Vale Early Learning, we acknowledge the true histories, cultures and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples as the First Peoples of this Land.    We recognise reconciliation as a continuous journey, one that requires meaningful action, reflection and commitment.   To move forward together we are dedicated to creating culturally safe, inclusive and responsive environments where children, families, educators and community members feel a true sense of belonging.   Our commitment is guided by our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), through which we will continue to strengthen relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, seeking guidance from local community and embedding cultural knowledge into our everyday curriculum and practices.   We pledge to ensure all children, families, staff, and the wider community have access to equitable and respectful educational opportunities that honour identity, diversity and connection. By walking alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, we strive to nurture a future built on respect, learning and unity.
