Our vision for reconciliation is rooted in acknowledging and respecting the deep and enduring connections that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have with the Lands across Australia. We are dedicated to building meaningful and respectful relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and the children and families who engage with our centres. 

We are committed to ensuring the cultural safety of every child in our care. Discrimination, racism, and exclusion have no place in our environment. We stand in support of the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, including their rights to self-determination, and believe that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. 

We will thoughtfully and respectfully integrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge and perspectives into our service’s environment and educational practices, recognizing and celebrating the invaluable contributions of First Nations Peoples. Reconciliation requires collective effort, and by embracing cultural diversity with openness and pride, we can create an inclusive, culturally rich, and welcoming space for all.
