At Goodstart Flemington, our vision is to create a culturally safe and respectful community where children, families, educators and First Nations peoples feel valued and connected.  We honour the Land we learn on and are committed to respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples histories, cultures and perspectives in meaningful, everyday practices and routines.   We will build and maintain strong relationships with local First Nations communities and support our educators with ongoing cultural responsiveness learning.  Together, we grow children's, educators and families respect, empathy and understanding, creating a future grounded in truth, inclusion and reconciliation. We believe reconciliation is a shared journey where every voice matters, and every action makes a difference.  Our centre is dedicated to learning, listening and walking forward together with honesty, respect and unity.
