Our vision for reconciliation at Fun Club @ Austinmer is to continue fostering an environment of respect, understanding and recognition of the diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, peoples and cultures. We seek to build connections with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and to immerse educators and children in continuous cultural learning. We will do this through respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives in all that we do. We will care for Country and deepen the children's knowledge of, and connection to, Country - particularly the beautiful ocean our service overlooks.
