At Cubby Care Early Learning Mooroobool, our vision for reconciliation is for our family of educators to wholeheartedly give and be fully committed to respectfully teaching, educating, modelling and demonstrating true awareness and appreciation of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples within our local community, through our room environments and early learning service. We strongly believe that reconciliation must live in the hearts, minds and actions of all Australians as we move forward, creating a nation strengthened by respectful relationships between the wider Australian community and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. Our aim is to build strong, harmonious, respectful, and everlasting positive bonds with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Peoples of the Land on which our service resides. We aim to have an open-door policy which is inclusive for all. We invite everyone to be a part of, and participate in, our services reconciliation journey. We will embrace inclusiveness and acknowledge the uniqueness of each family, and strive to continually learn about diverse cultures, customs, and beliefs. We are committed to delivering high quality outcomes that continue to respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into our programs and everyday practice to strengthen relationships, develop respect and provide opportunities for all.Â
