Our Vision at Busy Bees Beenleigh
At Busy Bees Beenleigh, our vision is to foster unity between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and all Australians. As educators, we are committed to walking alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and community to deepen our understanding of, and active commitment to, reconciliation.
We strive to continually grow our knowledge and respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into our everyday practices and pedagogies. In doing so, we aim to honour and celebrate the histories, cultures, and contributions of First Peoples with our children, families, and broader community.
We support the vision of a reconciled Australia and are dedicated to building meaningful relationships grounded in mutual respect, equity, and the recognition of First Peoples’ rights. This commitment will be reflected in the creation of a culturally responsive environment where all can live, learn, and thrive together.
