Our vision for reconciliation at Strathfield Montessori Academy is to bring all educators, families, and children within the centre on the reconciliation journey. Educators, families, and children will be able to develop a strong sense of understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures, histories and perspectives within our education program. Â Â We will provide and plan experiences that broaden children's, families' and educators' perspectives, and worldviews. They are also encouraged to participate in activities/opportunities whenever possible, in connecting the home, the centre and the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. Â This RAP will be implemented alongside the ongoing weekly planning cycle and continuous reflection to eventually form part of our Self Assessment Tool (SAT). Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
