Aussie Early Learning will continue to value, respect and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and histories by developing our cultural awareness and providing equal and equitable educational opportunities for children. We will provide employees, families and children with opportunities to explore and learn about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and their histories and recognise that differences need to be acknowledged to achieve the outcomes of reconciliation. We will continue to build stronger relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the community, and in turn create positive change within our local area. We will annually evaluate our Reconciliation Action Plan to monitor our progress and assist us to set goals for the future to ensure that reconciliation is active with our centre. At Aussie Early Learning we believe that we should acknowledge the rich and unique heritage of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and actively recognise and acknowledge that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are the Traditional Custodians of the Land that we meet and learn on and all lands across Australia.
