Padbury Education and Child Care Ltd acknowledges and respects First Nations Peoples as the Traditional Owners and the Custodians of the Lands across Australia on which our early learning community comes together to play and learn.  For Padbury Education and Child Care, reconciliation is about respectfully including First Nations persons perspectives, cultures and knowledges as we strengthen educational opportunities and outcomes and to continue to strengthen the relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous people.   We create and maintain a culturally safe environment where our interactions positively engage with and reflect the diverse cultures and identities of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.  We will continue to learn alongside the children on the reconciliation journey, engaging openly, honestly and with integrity. Though respectful engagements with First Nations' peoples, cultures and identities, we will focus on Whadjuk Noongar peoples cultures and identities as the Traditional Custodians of the Land we live and learn on.
