Reconciliation is an ongoing journey of acknowledging and understanding the past in order to achieve equality, equity, and moving forward together as a whole. A reconciled Australia values and recognises Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures and heritages as a proud part of a shared national identity Seeing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous Australians participating equally and equitably in all areas of life is what reconciliation should look like. Based on our reconciliation journey so far, we are developing more awareness and knowledge around the truths of our shared histories. Our service commits to building collaborative relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. We understand our role in reconciliation is ongoing, continuing to educate ourselves and our future generations for years to come. We are committed to building stronger relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in our community because in order to achieve reconciliation we must heal together. Reconciliation is everyone's responsibility. Â Â Â Â Â
