Goodstart Early Learning Thorneside is committed to building partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and communities to actively pursue our reconciliation journey. Our staff are supported to build their cultural awareness and capability to authentically embed First Nations peoples traditions, lores, songlines and culture into our learning experiences. We will explore the true histories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples not only for ourselves and each other but for the future generation we are educating. As a service, we commit to building and maintaining an inclusive, culturally safe and welcoming learning environment. We continue to listen to the needs of families to create equity for all children. We will respect the healing process, change misunderstandings and be a voice for reconciliation in Australia.     Â
