Hyperdome Early Education Centre and Preschool is committed to ongoing learning, reflection, and action in our reconciliation journey. We seek to deepen our knowledge, understanding, and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, histories, and contributions.  As a service, we will continue to maintain meaningful and respectful relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and the wider community. We are committed to creating culturally safe and inclusive environments for children, families, educators, and community, and to moving beyond tokenistic practices by embedding reconciliation into our everyday practices.  Â
We recognise the importance of early childhood education in shaping childrens understanding of equality and equity, belonging, and respect for Country, and reconciliation. Through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflection, we will continue to foster a community of learning where staff, children and families and the community to develop meaningful connections to Country and to learn how to care for and respect the land on which we live and learn.  Â
We will commit to strengthening our partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders, families, and community members, and we are committed to continuing to listen, learn, and work together to strengthen a shared vision for reconciliation through collective goals. Through these relationships, we aspire to contribute to a more just, inclusive, and reconciled future for all.Â
