Our vision for reconciliation is for everyone to celebrate the longstanding and continuing contribution of the First Australian to our nation's shared history and identity. It is important that we as a centre, recognise Australia's true history and past, present and continuing cultures. We acknowledge that it is a child's right to learn about the First Peoples of Australia, this Land, the Traditional Custodians and their histories. We believe by respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures, perspectives and histories into our service, we can deepen all children, families, educators and visitors understanding and provide a culturally safe place that is respectful to everyone.
