It is a vision where the nation’s culture represents equality and equity, acknowledging and accepting our shared histories whilst actively working towards positive race relations. Reconciliation is something which Melton Early Learning, believes should live within all of us, heart, head, hands and spirit, actively embedding reconciliation throughout all programs and environments so that all Australians can keep moving forward to a strong, respectful nation which embraces all communities together. Our team understands the importance of building relationships with and actively listening to the voices and perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members in shaping and enacting our Vision for Reconciliation. Melton Early Learning believes that we will be able to strengthen our knowledge and understanding on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, histories and perspectives through respectful collaboration with First Nations peoples.
