At Goodstart Early Learning Vermont Canterbury Road South, our vision for reconciliation is for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ histories and cultures to be respectfully embedded within our practices and throughout the whole service. We will continue providing culturally responsive learning opportunities for educators to ensure we are respectful and deepening reconciliation in our learning community.
As a service, it is important that we acknowledge and respect the diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures, deepening our knowledge as we promote an inclusive and respectful environment where First Nations peoples feel represented. We will build and maintain strong positive relationships with the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation within the local community.
