In conjunction with educators, children, families, and the community, we strive to improve the state of reconciliation within our early learning service, acknowledging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and ongoing contributions in shaping a shared sense of national unity and identity.
Through respectfully incorporating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ histories and perspectives into our everyday practices and programing, we deepen our understanding and knowledge to create and maintain an inclusive, culturally responsive environment where all staff and children actively engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures, perspectives, and heritages.
