Our vision for Reconciliation is for Hothlyn Drive Children's Centre community to acknowledge and respect the cultures, histories and identities of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Reconciliation is an important part of becoming culturally competent as we move forward building respectful relationships together. Our educators are committed to learning about and embedding reconciliation throughout the centre to ensure they are providing a culturally safe environment for children, educators, families and the wider community. Our RAP is a continual process and enriches our learning everyday. Our early learning service is proud to be developing a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to strengthen relationships, respect and opportunities in the classroom, around the centre and with the community.
