At Jenny's Kindergarten Mount Annan, we envision a learning environment that is culturally responsive, safe and supportive for all children, staff and families, where reconciliation is lived every day through respect, inclusion and meaningful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families and communities.
We aim to respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' cultures and perspectives into our programs every day and aim to grow our confidence and capacity in teaching about First Nations perspectives. Â We are committed to providing a culturally safe space that honours First Nations peoples' histories, cultures and perspectives through listening to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices. Through learning and partnership with First Nations peoples' we strive to foster a future where all children feel seen, valued and empowered.
