Our vision for reconciliation is to create a culturally safe space that provides the opportunity for genuine and open relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities as we work to achieve our shared educational commitments for all Australians. We acknowledge, recognise and celebrate the strength and resilience of local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. We understand that we must listen to and follow the guidance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members to achieve tangible impacts and create change. Â Â As a community of practice we will do this by build learning experiences based on the knowledge and experiences of the children in our service to ensure we are deepening their understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures, true histories and perspectives. We acknowledge that our vision is a living document and shared vision that will be continually reviewed. Â Â Â Â Â
