VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

At Elm St Early Learning Centre, we envision a future where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians walk together, hand in hand, towards a shared future built on mutual respect, understanding, and equity.  We recognise and honour the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of First Nations peoples, and we are committed to creating an inclusive community that values diversity and promotes reconciliation. Elm St Early Learning Centre is committed to acknowledging, understanding and respecting Aboriginal and Torres Starit Islander peoples, cultures, histories and contributions, embedding these throughout learning environments and curriculum.  Educators, staff, children, families and community members of Elm St Early Learning Centre will continue to work togehter to build and maintain meaningful relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Starit islander community and wider First Nations peoples.
