Rose Bay's vision for reconciliation is an Australia that embraces unity between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and other Australians, and a national culture that represents equality and equity, historical acceptance of our shared histories and removal of negative race relations. We will build and maintain respectful relationships between the First Nations community and our service as we work to strengthen our knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, and perspectives. Â
We aim to do this by continuously promoting social responsibility and accountability throughout the organisation and curriculum. Â
