Our vision for reconciliation is to create a learning environment where children, families, and educators are deeply connected to and respectful of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their connections to Country. Grounded in the principles of caring for Country, cultural understanding, and building meaningful relationships, we aim to foster  respect and understandingtoward Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, and histories. This vision recognizes reconciliation as an ongoing journey, one that embraces the wisdom of respectfully including First Nations peoples perspectives in how we learn, play, and connect with the natural world. Through authentic partnerships, intentional practices, and a commitment to continuous reflection, we aspire to embed reconciliation into every aspect of our serviceensuring it is lived, not just spoken. Ultimately, we envision a service where children grow as custodians of the land, with an enduring appreciation of its rich cultural heritage, and where the community collectively contributes to a future grounded in respect, unity, and shared purpose. As a team, we thrive to continue to explore, learn and educate not only  Young Ones children but ourselves, about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples' histories, cultures, and achievements throughout the year, where the community collectively contributes to a future grounded in respect, unity, and shared purpose.
